Anu Choudhury was born on 30th August, 1979 in Bhubaneshwar of Odisha, India. She is also called by the name of Munu and she is a very popular Bollywood film industry actress. She is active in the movie industry right from the year 1998 until the present. She acted in more than fifty films and it is a big achievement for a heroine these days. Her father Rabi Choudhury is a very prominent movie editor who was responsible for many masterpiece movies.

She took upon a degree in the realm of Home Sciences from the Ramdevi Women’s College. She then decided to turn out to be an actress which was her keen interest and finally she became one. As far as Anu Choudhury is concerned, the reason that inspired her was that she dubbed for many actresses during the phase of her childhood. After her graduation, she acted in a couple of Oriya movies. Her debut movie happened out to be a great opportunity for the actress as she did as a child artist.

Having been from a Cinema background as in her father was a famous editor, the actress decided to get into Bollywood film industry. It made an absolute revolution in her career while she had gone through the dubbing artist phase whereby she gave her voice for many heroines. After her transition as a graduate, she entered into a full fledged actress. In the very first movie itself, she did manage to acquire the award for her acting in the event held at Odisha.

Her debut Telugu movie was Subha Bela and after which she got into acting in Oriya movies. The best part is that apart from grabbing the attention of the audiences, she managed to become the apple of the eye of the film directors. She later projected herself in the Bengali and Bollywood film industry. She also actively did the commercial advertisements and participate in the societal activities.
