Kavish Majmudar

Kavish Majumdar was born and brought up in Mumbai. He completed his schooling from Lilavati Podar Senior Secondary School and graduated from H.R College of Commerce and Economics. Kavish developed his passion for acting and drama at a very young age and that was when he decided to join theatre. Kavish used to manage both theatre and his school with equal dedication and that was when he was discovered by a coordinator from Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum and was asked to audition for the role of ‘laddoo’ in Prithvi Theatre. It was after one of his school days he gave the audition and crossed the first round, then he auditioned in front of Mr.Karan Johar and got the role after waiting for 3 months. He worked alongside the stars like Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. After completing his role Kavish decided to decide to focus on his education, theatre and behind the camera work. After finishing his studies Kavish began auditioning again and it was then he met the assistant director of Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, who led him to director Punish Malhotra and that was when he landed a role in the film as he always wanted to work again with Dharma Productions. He also managed to get a supporting role in film Main Tera Hero starring alongside Varun Dhawan, Nargis Fakhri, and Ileana D’Cruz. Since theatre was always the Kavish’s passion he auditioned for the role in musical Jaan-e-Jigar at Bollywood Park in Dubai. Kavish considers Jim Carrey as his inspiration for most of his roles. He loves playing different roles but he considers himself best in comical roles. He is playing the role of Nashook a jester in the musical. He describes his role of the jester as an evil role with loads of humour. Kavish believes in being flexible with his work and is also looking for the opportunities to work for Bollywood industry again. He likes to improvise his roles and tries to bring his role to life with his acting. Kavish is residing in Dubai from past one and a half year due to his music in the Bollywood theme park but keeps on traveling back and forth from Mumbai to Dubai to give auditions for films. Kavish plans on sticking to his current job unless and until he gets any great opportunity in Bollywood and even then he prefers to complete his shoot and go back to join his musical roles.


Makarand Anaspure

Makarand Anaspure is an actor who works majorly in Indian Marathi cinema. He is famous for his comic timing in the roles that he plays. He usually portrays either comedy or intelligent characters. He was born on 22nd July 1973 in the city of Pune in Maharashtra. He completed college from Saraswati Bhuvan College in Aurangabad. He is married to Shilpa Anaspure and blessed with two children from the marriage. His entry into the movie industry was because of the well-known actor Nana Patekar. His initial days in this career were in the spotlight due to his proficiency and expertise in the Marathwada accent of the Marathi language which continues to be among his most desired and appreciated specialties. He rose to fame after his roles in Saatchya Aat Gharat and Kaydyacha Bola. He has appeared in numerous Marathi films beginning in the year 1997 when the movie Sarkarnama release. In the 2000’s he worked in Saatchya Aat Gharat and Savarkhed: Ek Gaav in 2004, Kay Dyache Bola in 2005, Khabardar, Shubhamangal Savadhan, Nana Mama and Bagh haat dakhvun in 2006. He was part of the movies Zabardast, Tula Shikwin Chaanglach Dhada, Are Deva, Jau Tithe Khau, and Gadhvache Lagna in the year 2007. Further, he appeared in Uladhal and Full 3 Dhamaal in 2008, Mi Shivajiraje Bhosale Boltoy, Gallit Gondhal Dillit Mujra and Goshta Choti Dongraevadhi in 2009, Tukya Tukvila Nagya Nachvila in 2010. HE contributed in Teen Bayka Fajeti Aika and, Mala Ek Chanas Hava in 2012, Gadya Aapla Gaon Bara and We are on - Houn jau dya in 2013 and many more. In the domain of Hindi movies, he has acted in Hello Hum Lallan Bol Rahe Hain and My Friend Ganesha 3 in 2010, Pran Jaye Par Shaan Na Jaye in 2003, Jis Desh Mei Ganga Rehti Hai in 2000, Vaastav: The Reality in 1999 and Wajood in 1998. He hosted the second season of the Marathi show called Hapta Band and Changbhal. He was a judge in the show, Fu Bai Fu. He acted in Marathi television serials likeShejaar, Tisra Dola, Gangubai Non-Matric, Bedhund Manachya Lahari, Aamcha Sakhe Aamhich, Comedy chi- Bullet Train, etc. He has produced Goshta Choti Dongraevadhi and Gallit Gondhal Dillit Mujara in 2009. He directed Dambis in the year 2011 and also worked as a second unit director on the project Yeshwant in 1997. In the year 2015, He laid the foundation for an organization called the Naam Foundation which helps the Maharashtra farmers overcome drought situations.
