Jeet (Jeetendra Madnani) is a multi-faceted personality; he is a Bengali actor, television anchor and a producer.
Born on 30th November 1978, Jeet kick started his career with modeling and later tested waters in acting in serials such as Bishabriksha, Janani and Daughters of the Century. Jeet has various awards to his credit, including the BFJA-Most Promising Actor Award, for his performance in the 2002 flick Saathi. This film gained great accolades.
On the personal front, Jeet is wedded to Mohana Ratlani, a teacher. This couple is blessed with a girl. Hailing from Kolkata Jeet is in the industry since 2002. The height of Jeet is one of his strengths. As soon as Jeet completed his graduation, he endeavored into his household business. But he was greatly attracted towards films and popular dramas. He used to imitate the styles of famous actors. When he was advised by his friend to enter the film industry he did so. Later Jeet went on to become a popular Bengali actor.
After meeting several directors and producers, Jeet got acquainted with the Prosenium Art Centre. He worked in a couple of English dramas. Later, he did many auditions in Mumbai. Then he got associated with a producer of the southern film industry and acted in the 2001 flick Chandu. For some time, Jeet acted in few films in a junior role. After that, he journeyed to Mumbai but didn’t get any film's chances for 5 years. Then, as a pleasant surprise Saathi happened. Sangee, Nater Guru, Aamar Mayer Shapath, Champion, Premi, Yuddho, Akrosh, Shubhodristi, Ghatak, 100% Love, Dui Prithibi and Notobor not out are some of the noteworthy films of Jeet.
Jeet had worked in an ad of men’s innerwear. He also represented Fashion at Big Bazaar. Jeet was the brand ambassador of Thums Up in West Bengal for a special Durga Puja. Hemlock Society, Chore Chore Mastuto Bhai and Natobor Not Out are some of the films in which Jeet made a special appearance.
