Prasad Oak is an Indian Film Actor, Writer, Director, Singer, Producer, Poet, and Anchor. He works in the Bollywood and Marathi Film and Television Industry. Prasad was born on the 17th of February in the year 1975. He was born in Pune, Maharashtra. He is married to Manjulika Oak. He has two kids whose names are Mayank Oak and Sarthak Oak.

He had his schooling at Bhave High School in Pune. He graduated from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce in Pune, Maharashtra. Oak had a keen interest in acting and music. That interest made him work for a career in the respective industry. Prasad started his career as an Assistant Director for a play.

He got his professional debut as an actor in a TV serial named Bandini. He then appeared in more serials such as Damini, Diya Aur Bati Hum, Asambhav, Pimpal Paan, and a few more. He also worked in many films such as Hirkani (2019), Picasso (2019), Balkadu (2015), Aik (2012), Jeta (2010), Kas (2010), Aika Dajiba (2010), and many more. Prasad participated in the SaReGaMaPa celebrity round in 2011 and won the award. He received two Filmfare awards for best direction and best film in 2018 for the movie Kachha Limboo.
