Jitan Harmeet Singh

Jitan Harmeet Singh is one of the most prominent directors of photography and cinematographers working in the Punjabi and Hindi film industry. Jitan started his career in photography, he was an excellent wildlife photographer and slowly ventured into movies. Jitan got his break in the film industry when his friend and prominent Punjabi director Navanait Singh asked Jitan to work with him on Dharti, released in 2011. Hence began Jitan’s career and his next two films were with Navanait again.

In 2013, they released Singh vs. Kaur, a hilarious comedy about a man who in order to refuse a marriage proposal brought to him, lies that he is already engaged with another girl. A remake of the blockbuster TV series of the USA. Starring Anil Kapoor in the lead, this is a story about an anti-terrorist agent.

Jitan was the chief cinematographer of the whole of the second season released in 2016.
