Ashok Surana was an Indian producer primarily active in the Bengali Television Industry. His contribution to the Bengali TV Industry is immense. He launched one of the most popular Bengali daily soap shows – Janani, starring Supriya Devi. He also produced several Hindi TV shows like Shayad and ZEE Horror Show. He joined the ZEE horror show in November 1997. The episodes that he produced were often directed by Indranil Goswami. Some of the episodes produced by him are Jaal, Aaina, and Aakhri Shikar.
