Trainwreck Teasers, Trailers, Video & Songs

Trainwreck is a romantic comedy starring Amy Schumer, directed by Judd Apatow and written by Amy Schumer. The film drags gender-roles and expectations through the mud and replaces it with hilarious one-liners, incredible cast, and sarcastic humor.

The trailer starts off with a quote ‘Monogamy isn’t realistic’ which serves as the mantra that Amy, played by Amy Schumer, lives by for most of her life until she meets the doctor that might change all that. The characters portrayed are hilarious and the background soundtrack of ‘I’m Ready’ by AJR adds a cheeky fun and an uplifting quality to the trailer. Though the plot has some similarities to the film '50 Shades of Grey’, the storyline of ‘Trainwreck’ is far less kinky and filled with Schumer’s brand of sarcastic humor and wit.

The performance by the cast including Schumer, Bill Hader, Brie Larson, and others were spot-on and the characters were well-portrayed. The reviews were average at best and the viewers found the jokes lacking in the movie in comparison to its fun-filled trailer. Despite the less than favorable reviews, the film won several awards for the Best Comedy Film and Best Actress Award for its hilarious script and stellar cast.
