Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu is a crime thriller flick scripted and directed by Indrasena R. Appa Rao produced the film under the banner Baba Creations. “Mark K Robin” is the music composer. S Venkat and Naveen Yadav cranked the camera and Shashank Mali edited the film. The film features Nara Rohit, Shriya Saran, Sudheer Babu, Sree Vishnu, Srinivasa Reddy, Ravi Prakash, Shashank, Charith Manas and many others.

Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu comes with three plots that seem to travel in a different path but are interconnected. The first story has a young boy, who misses the home and the second one is about the Indian cricketers who had gone missing with a plane. The third plot is based on a kidnap. In all these cases three people are involved; one among them is a guy called Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu. What is the connection between all these three in the three plots?

Star Performance

Nara Rohit has got an investigative officer role and he fits in it perfectly. Shriya has done her part well in supporting Nara Rohit. Sudheer, who plays a cop, has also impressed the audiences with his decent performance. Sree Vishnu did justice to his role.

The director has come with a decent story, but he failed to execute it well. However, the climax twist is impressive. With the introduction scenes, a moviegoer might have thought that the film would be a complete entertainer that would worth for the money spent. But, in a few minutes, the screenplay and the narration prove that the idea is wrong. Certain characters are not designed well and the importance of the role differs from scene to scene. When we hear that there are three sub-plots that travel simultaneously, it might sound interesting, but it didn’t work out in the execution. The production designs are not much impressive and similarly the music and the cinematography. With a good star cast, the production values must have been good.

What’s There?

  • Star casting is good
  • Performances of the stars are okayish
  • Final 15 minutes is interesting

What’s Not There?

  • The screenplay and the execution are not up to the mark
  • Characterization should have been done better
  • Music, cinematography and the production design are not up to the mark
  • Illogical scenes make the audience lose their patience

Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu got a good story, but with the poor screenplay and the execution, the film failed to impress the audiences. Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu – Watch at your own risk!
