The Ghost is an action thriller film scripted and directed by Praveen Sattaru. Plot
Vikram is a sincere Interpol officer. He is a Ghost while he serves the people. He could go to any extent to save the public. Vikram and Priya are in love. Due to some unfortunate events, Vikram had to quit his job. Priya finds that Vikram has a haunting past and believes that his problems could be solved with a few consultation sessions with the therapist. During this time, Vikram gets a call from his estranged sister, Anu. Anu requests Vikram to save her and her daughter. Who troubles them? Did Vikram save his sister and niece? The rest of the film speaks about it.

Star Performance
Nagarjuna did his best as an Interpol officer. Sonal did a decent job, and Gul Panag and Anikha were also okay in their roles.

Analysis
Though the story looks good while hearing, the screenplay is not much impressive. Not all the characters are penned interestingly. Some scenes are forcedly inserted, especially certain scenes between Nagarjuna and Sonal. The visuals are neat and so does the BGM. The film has a few interesting scenes that make the audience glued to their seats, but some are predictable.

What’s There?

  • Performance of the stars
  • Action sequences are neat

What’s Not There?

  • The screenplay could have been designed better
  • Forced scenes between the leads could’ve been avoided

Verdict
Though the film has some flaws, it is not a tedious watch. If you are an action movie lover and a Nag fan, you will like it!
