After six years of Varun Prabhakar's murder mystery case that got solved, cable operator Rambabu has become a theatre owner. He has an idea to venture into film production. Rambabu's family thought the issue was solved after Geetha and Prabhakar left abroad. Jothi and the children never felt that they had to face another trouble in the form of Geetha Prabhakar. What happened to them? Why did Geetha come again? What happened to Rambabu's business? Who betrayed him? All these are discussed in the rest of the film.

Star Performance

Venkatesh and Meena did an impressive job. Karthika and Esther are also natural in their performances. Nadhiya and Naresh did the best in the given screen time.

Drushyam 2 is Jeethu's debut Telugu film and he has done a good job. Already "Drishyam 2" with "Mohanlal" and Meena is a hit. Like its Malayalam counterpart, Drushyam 2 also had an OTT release. More characters are added in the sequel, and the right actors are cast. The sequel has something interesting for the viewers, and many times the audience comes to the seat's edge guessing that Rambabu will be caught. The screenplay is well-written, and there are no dull moments. As the sequences follow one by one at a quick pace, the audience has no time to predict what will happen next. The music and the cinematography are good. The editing is appreciable.

What's There?

  • The performances of the stars are good

What's Not There?
