Plot

Two childhood friends who follow different religions fall in love with each other. As both of their families are orthodox, they feel it is tough to take their relationship to the next level. What are their efforts, and were they successful? The rest of the film deals with it.

Star Performance

Nani is always natural, and his character, Sundar, is well scripted. His dialogue delivery and body language are fantastic. His chemistry with Nazriya is impressive. Nazriya rocked as usual with her cute performance. Naresh, Nadhiya, Rohini, and Azhagam Perumal did justice to the given roles.

Analysis

Though the story is not new, the screenplay and the narration make the movie special. The characters are well-scripted, and the right artists are engaged. These made the film cross half of the well. The rest were managed well by the stars. The visuals are pretty decent, and the BGM is good too. The romance and comedy mixture has worked out well, and Nani and Nazriya are already experts in this genre. Though the film started a bit slow, it took the right pace soon after the necessary intro. The dialogues are neat. The childhood scenes are lengthy, and they should have been trimmed a bit.

What’s There?
