Singam 3 or Si 3 is the third franchise of “Singam” series, directed by the action thriller fame, “Hari.” The film has Suriya Sivakumar and Anushka Shetty in the lead roles. Shruti Haasan plays a journalist in the film. Radhika Sarathkumar, “Krish,” “Nassar,” Radha Ravi, “Soori,” Thakur Anoop Singh and Robo Shankar are also in the cast.


Durai Singam, the honest cop of Tamilnadu has been promoted as the Crime Branch Commissioner. He is directed to investigate the murder case of the ex-commissioner of Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The investigation case moves to an international level. Why was the commissioner murdered? What is the motive of the villain? Did Durai Sangam put handcuffs to the villain or not? The answers to these questions bring the rest of the story plot of Si 3.

Star Performances

As usual, Suriya proves his power and sound in the film. His fierce dialogues not only stun the villains but the audiences too. Villain Thakur is making his debut in Kollywood and he has done his part well. As usual, the heroines Anushka and Shruti share their screen space with Suriya and entertain us.


Director Hari has proved his versatility in directing the cop thrillers. Whether it is his Sami with Chiyaan Vikram or Singam series with Suriya, Hari reveals his back screen presence through the screenplay and the dialogues. The audiences might expect the next sequel from Hari and Suriya, Singam 4.

Singam 3 is a good action entertainer from Hari and Suriya. Both of them know the pulse of the audiences and have brought a good entertainer. Singam 3 … worth watching!
