Kausalya is one of the toppers in her school. She aims to become a doctor. Her father, Anbarasan, a widower, is a caring person and he lives only for Kausalya. Kausalya goes to school by auto-rickshaw and Senthil, the driver, loves her. When some of her relatives spoke about this to Kausalya’s dad, he didn’t even hear their words and trust his daughter. But, when he comes to know the truth, his action shocked Kausalya. What did he do? What happened to Kausalya? Watch the film to know the rest.
Aadukalam Naren and Venba had played perfectly as the father-daughter. They impressed the audience with their emotional performances. Abi Saravanan is okay with his role and Appukutty did his best.
The script is a routine one. But, the performance of the stars is the highlight in the film. Aadukalam Naren and Venba are the right choices. Venba and Abi Saravanan's chemistry is not much impressive. If the script had been better, it would have fed the acting hunger of Naren and Venba. Bhavatharini’s music is good. The cinematography and editing are okayish.
What’s Not There?
The film speaks about a loving dad and daughter and how their relationship breaks when the trust is gone. If the script had been strong, the film would have definitely gone to a higher level. If you are a sentimental movie watcher, then you could try this!
