Plot: Kallappadam is a robbery movie, once again from the filmmakers of Tamil industry. The film makers produce a similar sequence of movies, if any, of the movies gets a super duper hit in that sequence. When Muni released and hit the box office, people started taking similar kind of stories. Similarly, when this kind of burglary and thriller series like Thegidi is loved by the public, same kind of stories is banging at the theatres. Kallappadam is one such type of burglary story following the recent movie Rajathandhiram.

Four friends want to make a film and approach a producer. The producer rejects their script and sends them out. So, they want to grab his money and make a film. One of the four friends called Vadivel wants to take a movie about the street play artist. His father was a street play artist, who ends his life due to the popularity of the music troupes. The rest of the three wants to accompany their friends and search for a good producer. They have a well wisher, who was unable to make a bang on the screen dies without getting any credit. These four people learned a lesson from him and decided not to die as their well wisher, but to achieve something in cinema. So, they decide to rob the money from the producer. Similarly, there is a woman planning to rob the same producer. Who is going to get the fruit of success is the remaining story.

Similarly veteran actor Senthil appears in Kallappadam, as a well wisher of the 4 boys. His dialogues impress the boys to achieve something great in the film industry. “Role model need not be a winner; he could be a loser who stood up every time even after several defeats” is the dialogue which impresses not only the actors but also the viewers. Kudos to the dialogue writer! J Vadivel, Sreeram Santhosh, K, Gaughin, Lakshmi Priyaa, Naren, Singam Puli and Senthil are in the cast of Kallapadam.

J Vadivel is the director of the movie The film is a good one with a good story, which depicts the difficulties faced by the talented people in the cinema industry and how their fate chases them and hurdles them in getting success. Kallappadam is a worth watching movie!
