Kadamaiyai Sei Movie Review

- Music Composer:
- The story is different
- Proper actors are not chosen
- Improper execution
- Illogical scenes are the main setback
Kadamaiyai Sei is scripted and directed by Venkat Raghavan. SJ Surya, Yashika Aannand, Naan Kadavul “Rajendran,” Vincent Ashokan, Seshu, Charles Vincent, and Rajasimman are cast. Arun Raj composed the music. Syed Zahir Hussain produced the film in association with TR Ramesh. Vinoth Rathinasamy cranked the camera, and Srikanth NB edited the film.
Ashok is a civil engineer. He loses his job in a situation and takes up several jobs to run his life. One among those jobs is a taxi driver and a security guard. While working as a security guard in a building, he finds some issues and wants to reveal them to the people. But, an accident changes everything. Still, Ashok tries to bring out the issue in front of everyone. Was he successful? The rest of the film deals with this.
SJ Surya and Yashika didn’t fit in the role.
The script is unique and interesting. But, the presentation is not impressive. Besides, the stars didn’t suit the roles and that is the biggest minus point in the film. There are a lot of commercial items inserted, and that spoiled the logic. Though the humor worked a bit, the improper execution and unsuitable stars made the film fail to impress the audience.
What’s Not There?
Kadamiayai Sei is the perfect example of a good script, lousy execution, and improper star cast. If the script had been handled well with proper actors, the film would have impressed a vast set of audience.
