God Father is scripted and directed by Jegan Rajshekar. The movie has the star cast of Natarajan Subramaniam and "Ananya" in the lead roles. The music composition is by Naveen Raveendran and the cinematography is by Shanmugasundaram.

Natrajan and Ananya are the husband and wife and they have a son, Ashwant. Natarajan is a soft natured guy and he is very much attached to his family. His wife Ananya is just opposite to his character but is a caring wife and a loving mother. "Lal" is a big gangster in that area and he has a son who suffers from heart disease. The doctors suggest for heart transplantation to keep his son alive. Lal finds out that Natty's son is the right person to match his son for heart transplantation. So, he decides to kill the kid and transplant his heart to his son. Natty, who comes to know about this, fights against Lal to save his son. What happens next? Who wins the fight, Natty or Lal? Watch the movie to see the rest.

Start Performance

Natty had done justice to the given role and he attracts the audiences with his impressive acting. He shines in the role of a good husband and a caring father. Ananya fits well in character and impresses the audience with her natural performance. Lal is excellent as ever and his performance is stunning. Ashwant did justice to the given role.

The script and the direction are impressive. The director should be appreciated for using minimum stars with good performance scope and had also shot the movie within a limited space. There are a lot of logical loopholes in the movie. The screenplay should have been designed better. The BGM by Naveen Ravindran is attractive and the cinematography by Shanmugasundaram is fantastic.

What's There?

  • Performances of the stars are good
  • Cinematography is a great plus

What's Not There?

  • Logical loopholes are the hurdles in the movie
  • The screenplay should have been designed well with some gripping elements

God Father is a good story with some excellent performances. If the logical loopholes had been avoided and the screenplay had been better, the film would have gone to a high level.
