Sakath is scripted and directed by Simple Suni. The film has “Ganesh,” “Surabhi,” Nishvika Naidu, Malavika Avinash, “Chikkanna,” Sadhu Kokila, Vihaan Ganesh, “Shibaraj,” Rangayana Raghu, Girish Shivanna, and Dharamanna Kadur. “Supreeth” produced the film. Judah Sandhy composed the music, and Santosh Rai Pathaje cranked the camera.


Balu is an aspiring singer. He is crazy over the reality show anchor, Mayuri. To move closer with her, he takes part in the show. While he enjoys his new life, he gets stuck in a murder. Yes, he becomes the witness of a murder and seeks a solution to escape it. Meanwhile, he meets Nakshatra, a visually challenged teacher. What is her part in the story? Was Balu able to find any solution to escape from the murder lock? The rest of the story deals with these.

Star Performance

Ganesh is good in his role. He impresses the audience with his natural performance. His dialogue delivery and comedy timing are fantastic. Surabhi makes her debut in Kannada and has done an excellent job. Nishvika has given an outstanding performance. Malavika and Rangayana Raghu had done justice to the assigned roles. Vihaan is cute and impressive in his debut.


The story is quite different, and Simple Suni has done a great job with his screenplay. The film has an excellent first half and an interesting second half. There are lots of twists and turns surprising the audience. The plot is neat and unpredictable. Right stars placed in the right roles is one of the biggest pluses of the film. The visuals are impressive, and the BGM gels well with the visuals.
