“Mardaani 2” is scripted and directed by Gopi Puthran. The film has Rani Mukerji in the lead role. Shruti Bapna, Vishal Jethwa, Rajesh Sharma, Jisshu Sen Gupta, Deepika Amin and Vikram Singh Chauhan are in the cast. The film is produced by Aditya Chopra.
Plot
Sunny, a young criminal, sexually assaults the women and murders them. When Shivani Sivaji Roy, the special police officer, investigates the crimes, Sunny challenges her, if she is capable of stopping him. What did Shivani do? Was she able to put a full stop to the criminal activity? Watch the film in theaters!
Star Performance
What an incredible performance by Rani! None could have done justice to the role, except Rani. She is fantastic in the cop role and the Khaki suits her well. Her looks and body language are simply superb. Vishal Jethwa looks cool and calm and did his part well as an antagonist. Good future is waiting for him in Bollywood!
Analysis
The script is sharp and the screenplay is perfect. Yet, we could find some stereotyped characters in the film. The director had repeatedly been telling about gender inequality at regular intervals. Almost all the characters are perfectly designed and the stars are placed rightly. While they speak about the past of the villain, we could find something unrealistic. Except that the rest of the film is perfect with gripping narration.

Mardaani 2 is the perfect crime thriller with a performance-oriented script! Watch the film for Rani’s performance and she will make you fall flat with her excellence!
