He is the first one to go against it. But, the interesting fact is that the whole traditional family joins the lovers in their live-in together plan. What happens next? Watch the film in theaters!

Star Performance

Kartik and Kriti did their job perfectly; especially Kriti looks too good like a girl next door. Aparshakti Khurana has done justice to the role given. Pankaj Tripathi didn’t have a significant role.

Although the script is simple, it is the screenplay that drives the film. In some places, the comedy scenes seem to be repetitive. The director has designed the first half impressively. The twists are good and they are not predictable too. Although it is a good script with a neat screenplay. Kartik didn’t fit in the small town boy role. Similarly, the leads didn’t have the right chemistry. But, they have done their parts well. As the screenplay is fast, the viewers will not feel bored, except for those repetitive comedy scenes. Music, cinematography and editing are good.

What’s There?

  • Good star cast
  • Neat script, screenplay and execution
  • Unpredictable scenes with twists

What’s Not There?

  • Chemistry is missing between the leads
  • Repetitive comedy

Luka Chuppi is a good comedy entertainer to spend the weekend. Although there are some weaknesses in the film, it will not disappoint you and guarantee a lot of fun!
