Love In The Times Of Corona is an anthology film directed by Indrani Ray. The film has an interesting cast, including Dipannita Sharma, Natasha Rastogi, Shibani Dandekar, Shekhar Ravjiani, and Adil Hussain. Short Hello, Dinner in Lockdown, and Tea and a Rose are the segments in the film. Tanvi Gadhvi produced the film.
Short Hello explains the life of a woman who divorced and lived independently. She sees every day as a special one, although it is quite normal for others. Dinner in Lockdown showcases a couple, who appears happy and satisfying, but there is a secret pestering them. Tea and a Rose deal with a woman who recently lost her husband and how the loneliness makes her feel.
Performance-wise all the stars are impressive. All the stories are emotionally connected.
It is a complete women entertainer. Even the people who appear to be cool have some emotions within. Certain stories make us emotional and feel for the characters who performed. One such bunch is this. All three stories are perfectly sketched and presented well. The stars are well-chosen, and they did their part extremely well. The emotional connection between all the stories touches the audience. The stories are shot in a small place, and the cinematography is good. The lighting is perfect, and the BGM is good.
What’s Not There?
The anthology film has good stories, neat direction, and some excellent performances. If you are interested in short stories and anthology, give it a try!
