To get the citizenship in UK Aryan and his girlfriend Ananya are playing tricks. Ananya is a British Indian girl. She stays with Aryan to make the court believe that they are going to get married. But, the situation turns messy, when a couple from India say that they are the distant relatives of Aryan and started sharing the room space with them. The presence of the unwelcome guests creates a lot of misunderstanding. Although Aryan and Ananya stay patiently, they couldn’t stay the same all the time. Who are the guests actually? Why do they stay with Aryan and Ananya? Did the youngsters succeed in their sham marriage? Watch the film in theaters.
Although the stars have performed well, the script and the screenplay didn’t give them enough scope. Paresh Rawal’s performance has been wasted.
Is it a curse that if a film is a hit, its sequel should be a flop? Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge by Ajay Devgan was a super hit film and the traces of the film are not even present in Guest Iin London. Ashwni Dhir could have opted for a better script and screenplay. The director hadn’t concentrated in the dialogues too. The film seems to be a slug without proper covering to safeguard it.
What’s Not There?
The director has tried to bring comedy, romance and sentiments in a nutshell but couldn’t get a pass mark. Guest Iin London makes us feel that we are the uninvited guests at the theaters!
