Plot

Pernilla, Cecilie, and Ayleen fall prey to Simon Leviev through a dating app. Simon Leviev is the son of a wealthy person. But, he lies to the ladies individually that he is stuck with some trouble and needs money. All of them, unknowing about him, were ready to spend for him. He moved as he planned and had never left any evidence for his fraud. Why did he do this? What is the relationship between these three women and him? Did the women escape from his plans? The rest of the story deals with this.

It is a documentary and the women explain how they were cheated by a man through the dating app.

Analysis

Though there are a lot of technical advancements, it also brings a lot of fraudulent people, isn’t it! The film speaks about how people are cheated through some social media applications, especially dating apps. It shows the tricky people and creates an awareness of how one should not fall into the trap. Though modern inventions are helpful for people in many ways, these kinds of applications are used by some people to cheat and some others to get deceived. The dialogues are good, and the execution is perfect. The screenplay is finely made with the right pitching of scenes. The BGM and cinematography are good.

The film showcases both the sides of people, on and offline. How women fall prey to the glamorous words are also shown there. The film showcases people how the modern world with dangerous people roaming for cheating others. The Tinder Swindler is a lesson!
