Star Performances

Eddie Murphy plays Mr Church and there is no room to comment his performance in a negative way. He has expressed his love and care beautifully. Britt Robertson, who plays Charlie, has got expressive eyes. She impresses very much with her varieties of expressions. When we see Natascha McElhone’s performances, it is incredible. Although her screen presence is comparatively lesser than Eddie and Britt, she had completely grabbed the attention of the audiences.

Analysis

Bruce Beresford, who started his career in 1972, is still delivering good films with unique concepts. The director has beautifully depicted the bonding between Charlie and Church, who were more or like daughter and father.
