Plot

Maurizio Gucci is the grandson of Guccio Gucci, the King of the fashion world. Maurizio Gucci was in love with Patrizia Reggiani. When he asked his father's permission to marry her, he rejected the proposal. But Maurizio married her. After a few years, as he fell in love with another woman, they separated. Patrizia Reggiani pleaded with him to stay not for her but their daughter. But, Maurizio denied it. The Prince of the fashion world, Maurizio, was shot to death in 1995. After a couple of years, the cops arrested Patrizia Reggiani for planning her ex-husband's murder. What happened next? Was she the culprit? All these are shown in the rest of the film.

Star Performance

Adam Driver has given a sound performance, and Lady Gaga excelled in her role. Their chemistry is impressive too. Al Pacino, Jared Leto, and the rest of the cast did justice to the given roles.

Analysis

The film showcases a family drama, love, relationship, separation, and other emotions. The stars are placed in the right roles, and they have done a fantastic job. Though the film's length is unusual, it doesn't make the audience bored. That's mainly because of the screenplay and the sequence arrangements. The dialogues are good too. The BGM and cinematography are neat. The costumes are classy, and they are from Gucci. While watching the film and hearing the dialogues about the legacy, the audience feels inspired. But, it is saddening to know that the brand is now just a brand, and none of the founders' family members are connected to it.
