Plot

In the film Fighting with my family, Saraya and Zak loves wrestling just like their wrestler parents, Rick and Julia Knight. Both brother and sister apply for WWE for an interview. They were evaluated by veteran trainer Hutch Morgan. There Saraya decides to take the name of Paige as her stage name. After evaluation, Paige was selected, leaving behind Zak. Zak was upset with it but supported Paige joining. Paige joined the rest of the members but felt left out as girls there were models. Paige was finding it hard to learn choreographed promos. Zak was also struggling as he was not able to fulfill his dreams. She was afraid at her WWE debut in NXT live event. She left the event crying. She decided to go wrestling and asked Zak to help her. She wants Zak’s support to conceive their parents about her leaving WWE. What will happen to Paige? Will she be able to fight in WWE? Will Zak helps her from overcome her crisis? The rest of the story deals with it.

Star Performance

Florence Pugh as Saraya “Paige” Bevis did an incredible performance in the film. Her journey to a small-town wrestler to a WWE Champion was brilliantly portrayed. Her detailing of looking like a professional wrestler was excellent. Jack Lowden as Zak “Zodiac Knight” Bevis did performed fantastically in the film. He was the best brother to Paige, and the audience loves that about him. Vince Vaughn, as Hutch Morgan, was a significant coach and mentor to Paige. His acting was brilliantly played. Dwayne Johnson’s presence was entertaining in the films. He acts as a great mentor to Paige. People will live Johnson’s acting. All the other actors were as good as the main lead actors.

Analysis

The storyline of the film was great, funny, and entertaining. The film focus on the biography of British professional wrestler Paige. The film is based on a documentary of Max Fisher “Wrestlers: Fighting with My Family.” The story was entertaining from the start till the end. The elements of how a supportive family can help someone to achieve anything were well shown. The story was advisement to WWE. The film shows the struggles of the wrestlers, predominantly female wrestlers. The background music and songs play a significant role in the movie. The dialogues were excellent. The action scenes were excellently choreographed.
