The movie Draft Day stars Kevin Costner, who has given many successful American movies. He has those natural make believe looks, and the magic in his eyes will make you believe what is not really true. That is how his charisma works.

Kevin Costner does the belittled General Manager of a team with professional football players. His voice and delivery are very persuasive. A little of his usual tough looks have diminished, but the majestic voice is still there. The movie is all about a professional doing his job in spite of growing older.

The movie director is Ivan Reitman. He has so intelligently put the makeup on a melodrama as the movie ‘Draft Day’. The flick looks more of a tough sports movie. The attraction to the movie is mainly due to fact that Kevin Costner is in the movie. Jennifer Garner does Kevin Costner’s lover.

Sonny has to choose the exact players for his team, and he prefers those from college. But does he really choose the best one? The movie answers the question.

It is too much for a man to handle. Also, his personal life is torn apart in grief and he has to tackle seemingly difficult personal issues. The movie has a lot of men in it and few women to avoid a lackluster appearance. Ali, played by Jennifer Garner, is a young woman working as an executive in the team. She develops relationship with the much elderly man. There is a twist in the movie as Ali becomes pregnant and claims that Kevin is father of the child she is carrying.

Kevin Costner has done his role impeccably and he at last happens to be a laudable actor in the movie. The movie seems a bit far-fetched, but of course, is a hit in the box-office.
