In that video, Shiva tells coronavirus that it is cute and also assures that we will be hygienic and will stay at home and will not get out. He also requests corona to get out. The next scene is, it is a dream and Shiva gets a call to clean the house, vessels etc… He closes his blanket and goes back to sleep mode. This is a different awareness video from that of others.
