” characters Malar and Celine. When asked about her debut, she says, “Initially, when director Khalid Rahman provided me the one-liner of the story, I was attracted to it. The director explained me the character of Elizabeth alias Eli, who is an integral part of the film. Even the scribe, Naveen Bhaskar, was also excited about Eli. Their attitude towards the role and the script gave me the confidence to make my debut with this film.” she shared about her experience with us. Rajisha quoted, “I did a bit of theatre and dance in school and college, but none of those were serious works. Though I used to anchor the TV show Ugram, Ujjwalam, I have never acted in front of a camera, before Anuraga Karikkin Vellam.” She added, “Trying to get the lip sync right along with the emotions— all of that inside the dubbing room made me cry. I told the director it doesn't look like I can do it, but he was patient and insisted that I give my best.” We wish you all the best Rajish for your future endeavors!
