Kalpathi S Ganesh

Kalpathi S Ganesh has set up a film production and distribution company named ‘AGS Entertainment’ which is based in Chennai. The company was put in 2006 by three Kalpathi brothers - Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Suresh, and Kalpathi S Ganesh.

The trend of creating movie games isn't new in Kollywood or even Bollywood. But what is more interesting to see that how the three Kalpathi brothers run the show.

It is a production company who have all cast and directors for the new movie and focuses on new movies in Kollywood with all latest trends and now this production company has let out a big opportunity for big investment in other languages films too.

All films that have come out from this production house really show all plans first and after the producers make investment arrangement, so that they start the production and distribution of their films with 100 percent transparency.

Although the production company launched and produced its first movie ‘Thiruttu Payale’ in 2006 which was produced by the three brothers and proved to be a third highest grossing movie. The producers chose Susi Ganesan to write the script and direct the movie.

The film production company has distributed just three films ‘Kandhakottai,’ ‘Inidhu Inidhu,’ and ‘Mynaa’ which was not produced by them. So far, ‘AGS Entertainment’ has produced 19 films in just 11 years.

'Santosh Subramaniam’ was another movie that rolled out from this production house in 2008 which was directed by Mohan Raja Mohan Raja is an Indian movie director. He has fun >> Read More... . In 2009, AGS Entertainment produced a Tamil movie ‘Maasilamani’ which was directed by R. N. R. Manohar.

In the year 2010, three movies of the different genre were rolled out by this production company and they are ‘Bale Pandiya’, ‘Madrasapattinam’ and ‘Irumbukkottai Murattu Singam’. In the next year 2011, another set of three films got rolled out and they were ‘Yuddham Sei’, ‘Avan Ivan’, and ‘Vellore Maavattam’.

AGS Entertainment is working on people or mass entertainer films for the last few years and this has really helped the production house to learn a countless amount of invaluable things about the entire movie making process.

It also has helped them to frame a very important goal to bring quality film work and general exposure to mass entertainment which is the greater satisfying experience of the three brothers- -  Kalpathi S. Aghoram, and Kalpathi S. Suresh and Kalpathi S Ganesh!
