Lokesh Rajendran

Lokesh Rajendran is an Indian movie director who has primarily worked in the Tamil entertainment (Kollywood) industry. His previous film to be released in theaters was “6 Athiyayam” in 2018. He is an actor and assistant director, best known for his roles in "Ambulli" (2012) and " Aaaah Click to look into! >> Read More... " (2014). On February 23rd,2018, his film "6 Athiyayam" was released. This movie is a Tamil- language horror anthology, including six separate stories, each directed by a different director. One of them is Lokesh. Shankar Thiyagarajan produced this horror film, which featured a promotional song composed by Sam C. S. and lyrics by Karvi Bava.

Shankar stated that he wanted to do something different and discussed the idea with several filmmakers, eventually attracting thirty interested young story writers. They chose five of them to be shortlisted, and by including Shankar's own story, the total number of short stories increased to six. The film was initially titled "Hexa" with the tagline "6 Athiyayam," but the title was changed later to "6 Athiyayam." Ajayan, the screenplay writer, has previously worked on films such as "Manithan (2016)," "Vana Yuddham (2014)," and "Chennaiyil Oru Naal (2013)." The chapter of "Soupboy Subramani" written and directed by Lokesh stars Vishnu, Francis, Sangeetha, Eswari, Karthik, Chandrakanta, and Selvaraj. His direction was spot-on but lacked narration and storyline. It’s a poor attempt at a horror comedy that fails to grab attention from the audience.
