Siddharth Mishra is an award-winning Hindi writer and screenwriter. He was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and since then has worked in various fields, some related to writing and some not so much. He had worked as an engineer before entering the advertisement field. The advertisement profession pushed him to pursue a creative path in life.

Later, he started working as a radio jockey for Big FM. His show, named "The RJ Siddharth Show," became quite famous and received a lot of praise from its listeners. While working on his popular radio show, he came up with a new concept. It was later turned into a hit web series on the ZEE5 streaming platform, called Rangbaaz. Rangbaaz, released in 2018, proved to be a turning point in his life. It became the talk of the town and the flagship show on ZEE5. Rangbaaz earned him a nomination for Best Writer in the Streaming Awards, January Edition. Rangbaaz revolves around Shiv Prakash Shukla, a UP gangster who ascends to become ultra-powerful. It's centered on his rise to power and eventual demise, and it's written in a non-linear format.

In 2019, he wrote another masterpiece, "377 Ab Normal". It is a ZEE5 original movie. It is about four people who made history by persuading the Supreme Court to overturn a barbaric statute against the LGBTQ+ community. He also won the MTV IWMBuzz Digital Awards in 2019. He received the Best Writer Award for Rangbaaz, as well as the Best Digital Film on the Web Award for 377 Ab Normal. In 2020, he also wrote a crime-thriller, called "Raat Baaki Hai". In 2021, Siddharth had a very busy year. He worked as a screenplay and dialogue writer for the TV series "Jeet ki Zid". It follows the life of retired Indian Army Special Forces officer, Major Deependra Singh Sengar. Later that year, he worked as a writer for Sony LIV's action and crime-thriller, " Kathmandu Connection Story soon >> Read More... ". The inquiry into the 1993 Bombay Blasts kicks off the Kathmandu Connection storyline. With the unexplained death of the investigating officer, the kidnapping of a hotelier, and the surveillance of a journalist, the inquiry continues to uncover fresh clues. The relationship these three incidents have with Kathmandu is the source of the enigma.
