Anmol Dhillon was born on 4th April 1996, in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He has a sister named Paloma Thakeria.

Anmol did his schooling in a private institution and flew to the United States to finish his Marketing Management degree at Brown University. Since childhood, Anmol wanted to be a movie star. After his graduation, he moved back to Mumbai and started attending acting workshops and crash courses.

Anmol appeared in a minor role in the movie Double Ki Trouble released in the year 2014. He also played a character in a television serial called 'Dil Hi Toh Hai' telecasted on Sony TV. In 2018, through social media, news came out that Anmol roped in to play the lead actor in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film titled Tuesdays and Saturdays.
