Hindi Producer Madhu Bhojwani

Madhu Bhojwani is an Indian Producer who predominantly works in the Bollywood film industry. She was born and raised in the city of Mumbai in Maharashtra. Madhu Bhojwani graduated in 1992 and has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, which she received from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics. After that, she did a course in Inspirational Leadership at The International Institute for Management Development (IMD). Madhu Bhojwani began her career at Emmay Consultants as a part of Academic Counseling & Consulting. In 1996, Madhu Bhojwani co-founded Emmay HR and sold it to the Randstad company in 2004. She spent thirteen years working as a Chief Operating Officer for Emmay HR and steered the company into becoming one of the leading HR and recruitment companies in the country. 

After a brief sabbatical, Madhu Bhojwani joined the film industry in 2011 and co-founded the company Emmay Entertainment and Motion Pictures LLP, along with Nikkhil Advani and his sister Monisha Advani. Emmay Entertainment is a Broadcasting & media production company that initially produced only full-length movies but grew to cover all types of productions. Within the company, Madhu Bhojwani works as a producer while also being in charge of the Operations, Legal, and Finance departments. Around this time she also did a course in Trading, Clearing, and Settlement at the Manipal Education Training Institute. Emmay Entertainment produced its first movie- ‘D-Day’ in 2013 which got a positive response from the audience. 

After the initial success, Madhu Bhojwani went on to produce many other films and series, such as ‘Shaadi Vaadi And All That’ (2014), ‘Hero’ (2015), ‘Katti Batti’ (2015), ‘Airlift’ (2016), ‘Guddu Engineer’ (2016), ‘P.O.W. Bandi Yuddh Ke’ (2016–2017), ‘The Mini Truck’ (2017), ‘Lucknow Central’ (2017), ‘Satyameva Jayate’ (2018), ‘Bazaar’ (2018), ‘Batla House’ (2019), ‘Marjaavaan’ (2019), ‘Hasmukh’ (2020), ‘Dhvani Bhanushali & Taz: Gallan Goriyan’ (2020), ‘Indoo Ki Jawani’ (2020), ‘Unpaused’ (2020), ‘Sardar Ka Grandson’ (2021), ‘Bell Bottom’ (2021), ‘The Empire’ (2021), ‘Mumbai Diaries 26/11’ (2021), ‘Satyameva Jayate 2’ (2021), ‘Kaun Banegi Shikharwati’ (2022), ‘Rocket Boys’ (2022), ‘Mrs. Chatterjee vs. Norway’ (2023), and ‘Adhura’ (2023). 

In addition to her successful production career, Madhu Bhojwani actively contributes to the film industry by serving as the Vice-President of the Producers' Guild of India and participating as a member of the PGI POSH Committee. Madhu Bhojwani also plays a significant role as a council member of the Grievance Redressal Board formed by the Digital Publisher's Content Grievances Council (DPCGC) in 2021.
