Nikhita Gandhi is a famous Indian playback singer. She is known for her work in movies like ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’, ‘Jagga Jasoos’, ‘Sachin: A Billion dreams’ and many more. She sang the title track of ‘Raabta’ for Deepika Padukone. She was born in Kolkata, West Bengal. Her birth name is Nikita. She is half-Punjabi and half-Bengali. She did her graduation from Chennai and is a Dentist. She has also learned Classical music and Odissi dance for 12 years.
She was a student of famous singer and composer A.R. Rahman’s K.M. College of Music and Technology. She has worked in a Bengali album ‘Kotha’. The songs of the album were written by famous poet Kazi Nazrul Islam. In 2015, she sang the song ‘Ladio’ for the film ‘I’. The song was composed by A.R. Rahman.
