Panchali Gupta

Panchali Gupta is an Indian actress who has worked in many Hindi and Assamese films. She spent her childhood and adolescent days in Guwahati, Assam. She did her schooling in St. Mary's convent higher secondary school and she graduated from Arya Vidyapeeth College. She was also a national level gymnast and she represented her state in many national games. She won the title of 'Miss Guwahati' in the year 1992 that was followed by 'Miss Northeast' and 'Miss Assam’. Panchali was the winner of Gladrags mega model title in the year 2002. Panchali started her career as a model at the age of fourteen. Later, she appeared in many films and music videos. She also worked as the weekly columnist for 'The Telegraph’.

She resigned that job and worked in the same position for 'Eastern Chronicles’. She appeared in a big role for the film 'Rocking Meera’. She also did a cameo in ' Shakalaka Boom Boom Shakalaka Boom Boom is the Tamil dubbed version of >> Read More... ' and 'Sivaji: The Boss’. She was the lead actress in the film 'Monsoon Wedding’. Few other movies of her include Lankesh Patrika, I Killed Him Sir, Maa Tumi Ananya, and My Life. Presently, Panchali Gupta is a part of the Dubai-based 'Iconic' group. She is working as an in-house model for them. Panchali is more into the field of fashion. She is also a self-employed wardrobe consultant and fashion stylist.
