Ratan Meher is an Indian film actor, who works in the Odia television industry and the Odia Film industry. Ratan was born in Bolangir, Odisha. He did his schooling from Pallishree High School, in Duduka. He did his Bachelor’s studies from the Rajendra College and law from the Balangir Law College. He went on to pursue his Master’s degree in the field of Education from the College of Teacher Education.
He has acted in many Odia language movies, including Jai Jagannath, which released in the year 2007, Kalinga Putra, which released in the year 2009,
