Happy Ranajit is an Indian actor and a Theater director. He belongs to a district of Odisha and has graduated from the National School of Drama, New Delhi. He earned recognition for acting and directing plays. He has written around seven plays and directed them himself. Currently, he teaches at NSD and is working on his next film, “KaunKitnePaani Mein”. He has worked in numerous plays.

He has commended with several awards; from the Best Actor award at Mahindra Theater awards 2010, Best Actor award at International GATS to being awarded Bismillah Khan YuvaPuraskar.
