Rita Street

Rita street is an editor, executive producer, publisher, and journalist, focused primarily on the world of animation. She specializes in animated content, its development into various series. It is then set to motion within the global network and even covers their sales.

Through Radar Cartoons, Street has served as the executive producer for well-known works such as Hero:108 (2010) on Cartoon Network under Gamania Digital Entertainment in, Teenage Fairy-tale Dropouts (2012) (later renamed as Awesome Magical Tales after the first season) on Discovery Family for Anima Estudios, and Ruby Gloom (2006) on YTV Canada for Nelvana Enterprises. She eventually opened another production house stationed in Canberra, Australia, called Panita Productions, solely dedicated to developing Latin American animation content.

Finding success, she eventually was assigned projects with international works and a feature film project. In 1994, Street also began a campaign initiative to support female animators that gained enough momentum to become an international non-profit organization called 'Women In Animation. She was also part of the jury for the 2017 SIGGRAPH Computer Animation Festival, an international organization that celebrates innovative computer graphics and interactive animation.

At present, she continues to be an empowering force in the world of animations as both an Executive Producer and a Development Consultant.
