Hayley Pappas is an actor, producer and Head of RYOT Films. Being the head, she is responsible for all the content and creative strategies. Apart from this, she also oversees industry partnerships, packaging and distribution, and marketing campaigns. Under RYOT Films she has produced numerous critically acclaimed documentaries including the two Oscar-nominated shorts.
She has also produced many virtual reality films with the partnership of NPR and Associated Press. Hayley’s work shows variation in topics like sexual assaults, solitary confinement, mass executions many of which she has sold to HBO, MTV, Hulu. Her work has featured in many prestigious film festivals including Sundance, SXSW, Hot Docs and Tribeca.
