For the professional world, she is famously known as Maggie Q. By occupation, she is an actress and model of the America industry. Looking into her early life, she was brought up in the cities of Honolulu, Hawaii. Her father belonged to the Irish community, and her mother was an immigrant of the Vietnamese. Apart from Maggie, her parents had four kids more. Her schooling comprised of Mililani Waena Elementary School and Wheeler Intermediate School. But the milestone in her life where she was given many opportunities to groom herself completely was Miliani High School. Here she joined and invested her time and energy in fields like tracking, running, swimming and many more. She even received the title of ‘Best Body’ on her farewell. This school; impressed by her performance in sports, fetched her scholarship to join a renowned private university.

But the fate wasn’t in her favor; the funds to study in such a costly college couldn’t be collected by her parents. She had mentioned in her yester interviews that she too had to face many difficulties like her mother. Finally, Jackie Chan picked her up for the modeling assignment in Hong Kong and trained her meaning of professionalism and made her do all her action stunts by herself. The years from 2010 - 2013 proved to be a great hit for Maggie; when her action-thriller series Nikita was launched.
