Famous celebrities from the Sandalwood industry had attended this show. Srujan Lokesh belongs to the artist family. He has multiple facets as a television presenter, actor, RJ, and so on. Shwetha Chengappa is the popular television actress in the Kannada language, who has also acted in some films. The juries of this show are Srinath, Tara, Jogi, Sudharani, and Sanju Tagdoor. There are several award ceremonies for honoring film personalities. But, we have to do a little to praise the persons who entertain us on a daily basis. That’s why Zee Kannada has decided to arrange this show.

Zee Kutumba Awards 2013 was held for two days on 10 and 11 of January 2013. The main event was on January 11, 2013. On January 10, the show focuses on the celebrities coming for the show. There are 20 award categories in which the twelve are being nominated and voted by the jury members, while the remaining eight are by viewers through SMS. Some of the award classes are Best Appa, Best Amma, Best Magalu, Best Maga, Best Jodi, Best Kedi, Best Kedi lady, Best non-fiction show, and many more.

People watched it eagerly on who wins the different categories of the awards. They also vote for their favorite persons to win people’s choice award. The award winners in different groups are

Best male newcomer – Basava for the serial Bhale Basava,

Best female newcomer – Chooti Madhu from Nam Jodi,

Best child artist – Adithya for Punar Vivaha,

Best Appa – Poornananda Shastry from Radha Kalyana,

Best Amma – Kaveramma for Bharathi, and many more.

There are also several award categories in this show. Mummy No.1 has won the most entertaining show award. The best non-fiction show went to Chota Champion. Baduku Jataka Bandi won the title of the most popular show of Zee Kannada. Best Jodi went to Surya and Arathi for the serial Punar Vivaha.
