Splitsvilla is an Indian reality show in Hindi. The show has a unique concept where it selects various contestants, both men, and women, and places them in a villa. They are not allowed to make any contact with the real world. The show then makes these contestants pair with one another where they have to compete with other couples in different fun-based tasks on which their position is decided. The contestants are also asked to mingle to find out love. The show works on the themes of friendship, love, and affair. In the end, a boy and a girl, who wins almost all the rounds, are crowned as the winner. Also, based on the contestant’s performance in each round, one guy and girl are selected to become the King and Queen of the villa for a week and they have dumping powers.

In season 11 the theme of the show was, “Happily Ever After…. Or Never After?”. An oracle paired the contestants as ideal matches and these power couples were given the power to rule over the villa which led to the dumping of the contestants who weren’t competent enough. The ideal matches were decided based on each contestant’s audition answers. The perfect couples also changed due to their dynamics or lack of proper competency, and there were secret sessions with the oracle a few times. This made the show all the more complex and fun to watch. The contestants were all the more bitter and competitive and desperate to win.
