Quddusi Sahab Ki Bewah is a Pakistani family TV serial that aired on ARY Digital. It is a family drama show which shows the story of two different families that are connected with each other. These families live on the upper and lower floors of the same building. The landlord of the building lives on the upper floor of the building with his wife Nunhi, his divorced daughter, his son Maqsood and daughter-in-law Rooh Afzaa. Shakooran is the widow of Quddusi and lives in the lower portion of the building as a tenant. She resides with her daughters and son. Khajusta Jahan, Badraka Jahan, and Shahgufta Jahan is the name of her daughters, and Abdul Wudood Ahmad is the name of her son. Shakooran’s neighbor and close friend Aqeela Bhabhi is also a prominent character. Later in the story, they all shift houses and live in the one owned by Shakooran. Aqeela Bhabhi is kicked out of her home and has to live with Shakooraan. Shakooran, in return, makes her do all the housework.

The story focuses and revolves around two families that live in the same building/house. The upper part of the house is resided by the householder named Aleem-ud-Din and his family that consists of his wife Nunhi, his divorced daughter Bhunarya, his son Maqsood and his daughter-in-law Rooh Afza. The downstairs are occupied by Mr. Quddusi’s widow named Shakooran and her family. Shakooran lives in the house as a tenant with her three daughters named Khajusta Jahan, Badraka Jahan and Shagufta Jahan and with her son named Abdul Wudood Ahmad. Their neighbour Aqeela Bhabhi is a good friend of Shakooran and appears as a major recurring character throughout the serial. She gets kicked out of her own house by her sons later in the serial and comes to live with Shakooran, doing all the housework for the family.

The day-to-day activities and interactions of both the families are shown throughout the show in a sequence of humorous comedy and drama. However, when Shahgufta gets marriedto Aleem-ud-Din, both the families are transferred to a new house and the day-to-day activities and interactions continue.
