Super Singer 8 is a reality show to disclose the talents of singing. The show broadcasted on Maa TV in Telugu. After the search of talents during the audition round of nearly five-thousand contestants, the best eighteen were selected. Nandu hosted the show. Popular Telugu music director M.M. Keeravani and multi-skilled singer Chitra were the judges for the season. The show acted as a platform for the rising Telugu singers and gave them a chance to nourish their talent. Every week one contestant was eliminated according to their performance, and the grand finale was organized with six of the best participants. The best participant of them won the title of ‘Super Singer’. The sweet voices of the kids had made a remarkable impression on the audience, making it one of the most viewed seasons.
