Srikaram Shubhakaram is an astrology programme in which the host explains the astrology of all 12 zodiac signs, Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces, in the said order. The show opens with a prayer and an introduction by the host, followed by the astrology. The show takes place in a studio setting where the host is seated in front of a laptop, with the Hindu dharma chakra as the backdrop.
For every zodiac sign, he predicts the day’s events, tells the precautionary measures to be taken to be safe, the lucky number, colour, which god to be prayed, good deeds to be done, offerings to be given to the god, education, family relations, work, business, politics, or anything specific for the day. A majority of the Telugu-Hindu audience believe in astrology and watch this show daily to know what to expect from the day.
