Kirrak Kids is a Telugu show broadcast on the ETV channel. In this show, kids showcase their talents. Some are good at speaking dialogues. Others are good at dancing and singing. The kids tease the host of this show a lot. Some kids perform comedy acts while others perform acts that give a moral lesson. There are two judges of this show. Mostly, the kids perform in groups and perform different acts. The kids portray different characters like a milkman, a foreign woman, police, thief, married couple, etc. They bring props on the stage like cardboard cows, umbrellas, and telephones, etc. The judges keep on giving comments in between the action.

The comedy acts are so funny that the judges cannot stop laughing. The change in accents by these kids when playing different roles is phenomenal. The trophy lies on the bench where the judges sit, exactly in between their tables. After the performance, the judges give their final comments. The skit, the story, and every dialogue have to up to mark to gather the judge’s appreciation. Every little detail is taken into consideration. The game of thief and the police are the most fun to watch. In the background, different pictures related to the act are used. Sometimes, the kids play grown-up employees in an office. The make-up of these kids is exceptionally good for the character they are playing. Sometimes as many as five kids perform acts together.

The skit that leaves the judges thoroughly entertained would be the skit of the day. The judges are called upon the stage to announce the skit of the day. This team is given the trophy. In another episode, a kid plays a man running a tea-stall. In some acts, the kids even ask the judges questions about their skits, and many acts are performed singly. Some kids perform stand-up comedy acts, of skill and talent, much better than many grown-up comedians. In another episode, the kids play priests in a temple performing a religious ceremony. The mantra they speak has been changed to sound funny. One priest keeps on shouting the main lines of the movie ‘Bahubali.’The priests are performing a marriage ceremony of a couple. The bride and groom, once again portrayed by kids, are asked to perform the rituals, and they perform it all wrong. This show is a full-on entertaining show.
