Athidi is a reality tv show aired on ETV Abhiruchi. It is a game show made for ladies by ladies in the Telugu language. In the show, there is a female host who visits different societies in each episode and then collects 10 to 12 women to play some fun games and light chit chatter. Each episode of the show is 25 minutes long. The show has many segments that feature different games and plays. In the first segment, she introduces every contestant playing the game. She asks everyone their names and then asks things related to their occupation. She asks them what they want to do in the future and then other things related to it.
After that, she starts introducing them to the concept of the show, and then she tells them the things they have to do to win the game show. After that, the game starts. Sometimes in the game, they have to dance to the songs played in the background, and then they have to match the steps done by the host. After that, sometimes they have to sing different songs and then do a lip-sync on the various songs. These songs are given in their regional language. In another round, the players are blindfolded, and then they are asked to touch a few things and then recognize the things they are touching. In another game, they have to play dumb charades and then do the things asked.
They also play special games on some special occasions. For example, they play the game of who is courageous enough to burst the most dangerous crackers on the occasion of Diwali.
