This serial starts with a girl saving her sister from a murderer. The scene is so real that viewers forget that this is not the real story on which this serial is based on. Kanchanamala is a superb actress, actually a self- made celebrity. A queen on set, she gets invited to many inaugurations and functions as chief guest. For destroying Kanchanamala’s image, many actresses spread false news about her. She has a big house and is surrounded by servants and admirers. One of these admirers is the villain of this serial, who is a psychopath and a creep. She also has many rivals but having such a good heart, she attracts people automatically. She falls in love with her co-actor.

During one of her interviews, she has flashbacks from her childhood because the host asks a question that triggers her childhood memories. Now her flashbacks are shown. It is revealed that she had a pretty rough childhood. Her mother was extremely ill but nobody in the family cared enough about her. Her father was having an affair with another woman. He married that woman even before her mother died. Her father was an abusive person who left her and her mother at the time they needed him the most. Now as soon as her mother dies, her stepmother becomes the head of the house. She hates Kanchanamala and does everything in her power to make her life living hell.

Despite all of this Kanchanamala has a friend who never leaves her. Later in this serial, it is revealed that the person she falls in love with is the same boy who made her childhood bearable. This serial is a full-on family entertainer serial.
