Tamil Web Series Karoline Kamakshi

Karoline Kamakshi is a Tamil web series broadcast on the ZEE5 channel. The story of this serial starts when the Virgin Mary, an artifact at the Paris national museum, goes missing. Furkin is the gangster who stole this artifact. He is a heartless and ruthless man who does not think twice before killing someone. Two women officers cum detective are given the task of locating this drug lord. One of them is named Karoline and the other one Kamakshi. Karoline is a badass French woman, also a detective, who is visiting India, Pondicherry for a vacation. She smashes the rickshaw driver who was trying to harass her. But she gets arrested by the police regarding the Furkin case.

Kamakshi is a wife and a mother along with a CBI officer job. Kamakshi has already started working on this case. Upon knowing Karoline’s arrest, she comes to investigate but ends up earning Karoline as her partner in finding Furkin as the police agree to release her on this condition that Karoline has to help Kamakshi locate Virgin Mary. Kamakshi is a Brahmin Tamil girl while Karoline is a French nationalist. This creates many differences between them, language being only one of them. Karoline, being already experienced in catching criminals, manages to trap Old Monk, Furkin’s partner. But Kamakshi, having taken up this job upon being teased by her daughter that she does not do anything risky despite being a CBI officer, fails to carry her part of the plan which includes catching Old Monk. He manages to escape. Once again Kamakshi manages to catch him but ends up shooting him by mistake. The part of the plan was that Old Monk had to be kept safe so as to get the location of Furkin from him. This creates enmity amongst Karoline and Kamakshi and they start hating each other.

Furkin, upon learning that his partner has died, replaces him with a new one named Vikram. Vikram is not a person to be messed with. He quickly locates Karoline and Kamakshi and starts chasing them. After a long and messy fight, Furkin is shot by Kamakshi. The gun-shot does not kill him. But this makes Kamakshi and Karoline the number one enemy of Furkin’s men. Kamakshi and Karoline reach a safe place to protect them from Furkin’s men. But they are located. In the end, Kamakshi and Karoline come face to face with Furkin and his men. Will they manage to defeat this world-class gangster and a drug dealer?
