Vallavanukku Vallavan is a Tamil language TV show that aired on the channel Vasanth TV during the weekends. It aired for an hour from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The anchor of the show was Sumathi. Vallavanukku Vallavan is a game show that invited the public to display their talents and play with the Grand Master. The Grand Master of the show was G. S. Pradeep, who was honourably known as the doctor of letters for his ability to play with words and his widespread knowledge of every field. The second round, Mock Press, involves impersonation. The participant needs to mimic someone, anyone, and make the Grand Master believe that they are, in fact, another person. At the end of the round, the Grand Master asks the viewers a question and instructs them to mail it to the email given at the bottom of the screen. The fourth round is called U R The Master. In this round, a glass bowl with chits in it is placed in the centre of the stage. The participants need to pick one chit, in which a topic, any topic from anywhere in the world, is given. They need to ask the Grand Master a few questions from the given topic within the given amount of time.

The Grand Master should give the right answer, and then the participant proceeds to the next question. If the Grand Master does not give the right answer, the participant needs to reveal it.
